Thumbs up Ahem.

Just had to share I just had the best workout i've had in a long time. I hit every upper body muscle group hard, repeatedly (didn't overwork them..) and finished strong. I even fit in squats, which I hate with a passion.

I honestly thought about bulking up, but I am really starting to notice definition around my abdomen, not muscles really, but it is taking shape, and i'm not quitting until 12-14 weeks into it to bulk (I'm only 7 weeks in!). These programs, the NHE, CKD, all the ketogenic cycling programs, WORK like a dream.

I thought I would send out a big THANK YOU to everyone, especially the main contributors of advice such as Built, TrainerDan, Jagbender, mps, and anyone else who has helped everyone out. Thanks for answering all my questions. ANYONE on this board who wants to get the best out of their gym experiences, listen to these guys.

Good job!

I had a good workout today too. It was legs. I love working legs. They were sort of trembly after. Didn't feel too good.

I'm doing NHE now and I like it so far. I'm 2 weeks in. Tonight will be my second carbup meal.

Thanks everyone who ask and/or answer questions.
