A raw egg is 0 carbs, has protein and fat, and all the amino acids. I make a coconut milk shake with it, add your favorite artificial sweetener.

Protein powder has really helped me cut my cravings and build muscles. I really wanted to stay away from the Walmart brand supplements because of the crab count and the supplements they put in that carp. Somebody posted about a Whey Protein powder at Trader Joe's that was very low-carb and good for you. I tried it an loved it. Here is a post that I wrote about it -> http://heavyzenblog.blogspot.com/20...r-your-low.html

Pea protein powder. You can use it in any shake recipe.

OMG... I tried pea powder protein once and it was the nastiest tasting stuff I'd ever had.

The kind I bought is unflavored. You can add it to any shake recipe and you don't even know its in there.

IDK a crustacean and fish powder sounds pretty low-carb to me.

Since this thread has popped back up, what about goat milk protein powder? There's several on the market as well. It's so highly person dependent if when one says they've stopped dairy they mean all dairy, or just bovine (cow) based dairy.
