Awwwwww, thanks Dan. And you know, it's only taken me 25 yrs to figure that one out!

The enlightenment (a bit "punnish" if you think about it .. ) also holds true with our personal relationships, I believe. For example, when we're obese, we think to ourselves, "So-and-so doesn't like me because I'm FAT." But, make positive changes to the Way of Life, shake off that shield of fat, and what do you know?? All of a sudden, we're able to say "So-and-so doesn't like me because they are a jerk, and I'm so thankful they're not a part of my life! Phew."

So, as TinaKaye said, why wait until we're THIN to shake off the mental FAT-shield. Why not start right now?? The body will catch up pretty quick! ..
