Default Book from 1968, cute sayings

My land lady gave me a low carb book from 1968. I'm surprized how good the information in it is. Most of the book is a carb counter, with a good introduction. In the back are these little sayings:

Try Our Stay-away Plan
Mirror, Mirror On The Wall - Don't you ever lie at all?
Man does not live by carbohydrates alone
Get thee behind me, devil's food cake
Think bikini
Devaluate the pound
Love is blind, but he isn't (LOL)
I'm a hippie... that's why I'm on a low carbohydrate diet (UM K)
Every little bit shows
Apple pie is fattening any way you slice it
My diet lives!
BEWARE! This refridgerator is loaded!
Lead me not into temptation... not with food anyway

And ...

LOSE WEIGHT, NOT HOPE

I tried looking this book up on the web and I couldn't find it. I guess it's pretty rare then. I saw other books of hers that are also Bantam paperbacks going for $4-7, so I guess you don't all have this book then.
