Fantastic!! Major pat on the bag for you.
To have slipped, fallen and gotten back up is the bravest, biggest success, I think.
I have lost weight on weight watchers, but never managed to keep it off. Have gone back 4 times, but finally decided to try Atkins.
What you said really impressed me. Rely on those who have maintained their weight loss, not just those who have lost weight.
Plus, you have proven that if you learn from your mistakes, never give up--even if you get knocked down---and follow the rules, you can be healthy for life.
Congrats again to you, Freckles. Hopefully, I can learn from you.
