Default Cheese cake snack.

Was craving something sweet last night and came up with this.

1oz cream cheese smashed onto a plate about a 1/4" thick.
1 pkt splenda
cinnamin to taste.

That's it, eat in small bites because it is strong. The best high fat low carb low protein dessert I've found yet!

Net 3 carbs.

I grab a spoon of cream cheese, or the spread and sprinkle a little splenda from a packet and take a bite! Mixing in your mouth its little baby cheesecake bites. Thanks for the idea.
