Finally did it!!!!!!!!!!

began Atkins that is.........been waffling about it for months, but on Monday {no surprise there} I started!

Not sure if I'm doing it correctly.....but I have abstained from all carbs..and I'm sooooooo craving bagels......but instead I'm chomping on meat, eggs, cheese, peanuts and I just have to have my daily dose of coffee.......

I hope to lose quite a bit and am looking forward to getting some inspiration and recipe ideas from you guys....I am living in the UK, originally from Dublin, so I prefer to join the Ireland contingent.....
