Default south beach question

Hi could anyone post a complete list of allowed and not allowed foods for both phases of south beach? thanks heaps in advance

Im switching from atkins for south beach as find i need more carbs to function proplerly but still want the structure of a plan. and i just cant give up my oats haha

Hi,
The food lists and meal plan guides are located in 2 places. The first place is in the weighin thread in the SBD section, at the start of the thread.
The other location is the first page of my journal.

Out of curiousity, you don't list your height in your stats and I wonder how tall you are?
