Default FitDay or MyFitnessPal

I realize this is based on personal preference, but does anyone use one of these and really like it over the other?

Decided to start keeping track of food to ensure I'm doing things right and to increase accountability. Anyone have any additional advice on this?

I prefer our very own MyPLAN. Just go to the right of the green bar above the posts, and click on MyPLAN (in yellow).

We even have a dedicated forum here to help you use it: http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=148

You are very welcome.

It does seem a little complicated at first - that's why I wrote the FAQs - but do post any questions you may have in that forum, and one of us will be along to help.
(I was a total dodo at first. Fortunately our webmaster has the patience of a saint. )

I have been using My Fitness Pal but I think I need to go check out the forum on MYPLAN and take a refresher course on how to use it again. I was poking around and I see I already have foods listed in there from when I previously used this forum so I'm sure it will come back to me once I start reading......lol.
