Default 10PM binging - due to the Pill?

hey everyone,

been a while since I've posted here. lately, say in the last 2-3 weeks, a weird phenomenon (for me) has begun. i make it thru the evening doing very well, then at about 10PM, suddenly I become ravenous! then i just cant stop from eating, and I mean binging. the desire to eat becomes overwhelming and I just do it. this is after a very successful day of controlled eating. the only thing i can think of that's different is that i started the pill 2 months ago, which I've heard can cause increased appetite. could this be causing this late night eating urge?? If so, how does one deal with this "hormonal" eating?

thanks, all!

I would say that the eating is definately hormonal, or maybe blood sugar related..?
I know that if I take a nap at any stage during the day I always wake up absolutely ravenous...so maybe it has something to do with your blood sugar level dropping in anticipation of going to sleep?
I would be interested to see if anyone else experiences this!
