Hi Everyone!!

I have been MIA since I have had late call times for the shows I have been doing. Have been sleeping throughout the day and working all night. My energy is zapped but I have been working out and eating right. Was at 224 (pre-tom) and am 224.3 today so that 5 pounds is holding on for TOM. I know I will see a woosh after TOM! Drinking crazy water too!!

WTG on the losses, here to another week!

Congrats to all of us! Good luck in the upcoming week. I hope someone who has been on Induction can help me out. The last few days I have been getting light headed when bending over or squatting down. Not sure I am lacking something or it is something else. Thoughts?

I have been basically on an induction type intake of carbs for 18 months or so. I suspect your BP is low and you might benefit from salt and potassium. Take hour BP if you can at home or at a store like Walmart - It was been suggested to drink some salty broth daily. - see if that helps.

WOOHOO! WTG losers! I am still at a 224! I don't know how but I have been drinking a LOT of water and staying on track and busy. TOM is lurking so I am happy I haven't gained!!
