Default How to add a weight ruler?

Hello, I am returning to the low carb lifestyle after realizing all the benefits this type of eating brings. I have been doing the Atkins induction for 16 days now, and already feeling better and in control. Could someone please tell me how to add a weight ruler to my signature. Thanks ~ Debb
