Well, clear as mud... ha ha I'll give it another read. Seems like the regular Atkins is a bit easier. Thanks.

Ha, ya, I know. To me Atkins is complex and so is Weight Watchers...Counting things....

You are correct about it being clear as mud like I said it works but is complicated when it comes to combining food groups and dairy is confusing...along with the fact you have to wait certain time periods after fruits and when changing from a protein meal to a carb meal...I myself find Atkins easier it all depends on what food you are willing to give up for the beginning phases.
