I have to admit Jo Ann, it isn't so easy after all...I've been having a hard time controlling my RM, keeping it balanced. Another thibg, that I guess because we are supposed to lose slowly...it is starting to feel to me, like if it's taking forever! I know it's just me being impatient...! It just seems that i've been at this waight for the longest time! Grrrrrr! Getting to end of my rope! (Sorry...I guess I'm having kind of a hard diet day today...) You have 30 pounds to lose and I have 20 more to lose...are we that different? Anyway, I do hope you're having a better day than i am...I'm trying hard to believe and stay on track...

Thank you for posting, it's good to have others to talk to about all this!

Default Hi Rain!

I know exactly how you feel. I was almost to the point about a week ago that I was going to get off of the Low Carb altogether and go back on a Low Fat/Low Calorie diet. But, I remembered how hungry I get when I do that kind of Way of Eating. So, I am going to stick with this plan for at least a month longer, hopefully, and see if I can lose anything at all.

However, I think I have gained about 3 pounds and I have to get that back off again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hang in there with me Rain!
