Question Kheema-Spiced Ground Beef

Auto generated link to page (Please do not remove): http://www.lowcarb.ca/karen/recipe002.html

I see in the blurb preceding the recipe a reference to "these two recipes." What's the second one??? I've made this one twice now and everyone who's tried it raves about it--I'd like to try the mystery recipe too!

I have to say that I tried the Kheema - Spiced ground beef and it was just amazing.

I honestly didnt expect it to taste that good!

I made it with stir fried cabbage and just mixed it all up together and ate it. I think I will make it again today. My mother had some too and she couldnt stop talking about it.

It smelled wonderful while cooking too! I am very supersensitive to smells (cant walk into a bath or candle store without getting a headache) so I got a very mild headache while it cooked (I am guessing from the cinnamon stick) but it smelled sooo good and tasted better!

Thanks for the recipe.

MJ

Glad to hear that you and your mother both liked it!

I like to eat it on buttered green beans.

In Hindi Kheema means minced meat, so I kept reading the title of this over and over wondering what something kheema-spiced could be. Finally I realised you meant kheema = spiced ground meat.
We make a version of this quite often at home when we need something quick. Don't really use a recipe as such though. Maybe I should try this out. Thanks!

I'm finding I really llike my Kheema recipe over shredded, stir-fried cabbage. REALLY good. If you're interested, here's my recipe:

Looks good; I'll have to try it. Do you add anything to the cabbage or just stir-fry it plain?

Just stir-fried in a little olive oil or butter, whichever you prefer.
