Hi. I'm Brandi and I'm 22 years old. I've always been chunky, but never this chunky. I had a baby 19 months ago and I was actually 10 pounds lighter after I had him than before I got pregnant. Since then, I haven't been watching what I eat. I read the Atkins diet book, and I really liked it. Everyone keeps telling me it's dangerous, but after reading about it I think it sounds fine. I'm kind of quiet so I will probably read more than I write. Thanks for having me.

I agree.. the people that think it's dangerous haven't read the book or seen the latest research.
