I am down .6 today.
My 13 carbs were kind to me.
CRICKET - I am a huge carb-o-phobe.
If I see anything over 10 I get very nervous. But, like you said, a few extra do not effect my ketosis. It seems to be firmly embedded, so I should learn not to freak out if I decide to have a salad or a veggie occasionally.
I feel nervous when I eat a vegetable, though! I have been ultra low carb for so long! Carbs add up so fast - 1 cup of cooked broccoli is 11.2 carbs!!!! That is a LOT in my eyes. A regular day with no vegetables is always 5-7 carbs alone - so adding 11 more is freakishly high for me!
I am so twisted on this carb thing.
Why does it freak me out so much? I have to learn to get over my carb-o-phobia. OH - congrats on winning the game!!!!!

CHRISSIE - May that new scale be kind to you this morning!
And I really hope the indulgences you partook in have not effected you.
KATHY - Good luck in the snow! We are lucky today - the snow won't start until after 2 pm, so my drive to the doctor will be dry and clear.

I have 1/2 a leftover avocado I must use today. I decided to make Chili Cheese Chicken Breasts.
I can put some guacamole on top of those. I will bake the chicken on top of a pablano pepper and then add the cheese for a bubbly crust. This will make enough for 2 meals. I must calculate my nutritionals from this yet so I can slap it into my food tracker. Sorry, Cricket! I know you will probably envy me.
