Hmm seeing as how the scale is broke..maybe for the next two weeks I should really try upping my cardio..

OK did pilates yesterday, treadmill the day before and pilates. Yesterday my abs hurt so was going to skip pilates this morn but i actually saw some definition in the mirror last night...i was SO excited
so pilates this a.m. wooot
I think i've taken about three days off between ^^ there and here, still doing on the ball pilates (way easier then normal pilates) and the 20 min work out, which i did today.
