I'm glad I found this forum after deciding low carb is the only thing that keeps my weight in check. After only one day back in the saddle, I feel better already.
I'm going with around 30 carbs a day, give or take a few. Sticking to real foods, and moderate on the fat intake. I had great success with this in 2012, and was able to maintain an acceptable weight up until this year. Guess my age caught up to me and the metabolism slowed to a crawl.
