Je dois dire que je suis ce que l'on appelle une "puriste", je n'ai aucun produit déja fait. Je ne mange que des protéines (viande, produits laitiers, volaille, poisson, oeufs et des fruits et légumes frais) .J'aime beaucoup faire la cuisine, expérimenter avec de nouveaux ingrédients, mais surtout j'aime la qualité des produits que j'utilise.Ceci dit, je n'ai aucunement besoin de produits LC dans ma cuisine.

Je suis d'accord, mais on a meme pas des chose comme flax, soya, etc.

C'est que j'aime bien dans cette FDV, est que presque tout est dans le marche!

Default Produits LC au Quebec

Est-ce que vous avez ete dans les boutiques de produits naturels? Il y en a beaucoup au Quebec. Moi j'habitais dans l'outaouais alors je connais ceux dans ce coin la. Il y avait une chaine de magasins qui s'appelait GAGNé Au Kilos
et je sais pas s'il y en as a Montreal ou a travers tout le quebec. Ils ont surement des produits sans glucides ou a basses glucides. Et s'ils en on pas, ils peuvent surement les commanders non?

Laissez moi savoir si vous avez trouve quelque choses.
