No weightloss here yet & I still have headaches! I was taking 4000mlg Vitamin C cut that back to 1000mlg.I no I shouldnt have quit cold turkey but Im just an all or nothing kinda person give me an inch & I'll go a mile lolol Ive been really tired too..

laressa~~~Sorry if I spelled your name wrong. Thank you so much for your input Ive also Quit Coffee several X's over the yrs & have had dizzi eposodes too.I new I was sensitive to coffee when I started to drink it again I was just so close to Maintnance I thought Id try it & bam I was addicted again..Guess some of us learn the hard way...Thank you again!!

hey mel, i have found even with going 50% decafe im getting small headackes.....but im also down to about 3 cups aday instead of the 8 cups aday...still have my water at 4 lts....off the subject alittle...this is my first TOM since i have started low carbing and have decided not to step on the scales till after my cycle and i have found that i didnt get the real bloated feeling!!!i normaly do,maybe its because of all the water in me?
and i feel bloated all the time?guess im a wimp and dont want to see the scales go up....its hard for me not to look, but i dont want to be discouraged....any advise for this time of the month would be greatly heeded........thanks sammi

wow you have lost alot of weight, have you been drinking that many butterscotch coffees all through your weight loss, because if you have, then you dont have a problem with it stalling you for sure. Why dont to cut back to one a day, like I did. you still get your caffein and butterscotch fix and problem solved.

Your probably slowling down as your so close to your goal weight, try the 3 day egg fast, apparently it works good.
