Hi stephbme you are doing so well but like you I had stalled in my 180 I say try the meat and egg diet keeping your carbs as close to 0 as passible try that for three days it should start you running on the wiegh lost track again
Thanks I will give that a try!!!!! So its normal at this point?

Stephbme, its definetely normal.

What I'm doing right now is to stay under 5 carbs per day, but have added some cheese, mayo etc. Actually I add whatever I want as long as I stay below 5 grams of carbs and 1000 cals per day. It seems that this is the break even point for me. I lose about 200-300 grams per day (that's about 1/2 pound).

Your rate of losing will go slower as you get closer to your goal and that's when you should start taking drastic measures. Have you checked if you eat any food that can cause a stall?

Hi cygirl yes I love my bowflex I have been so into getting in shape its like each time I see a new muscle...makes my body look so differant that I keep doing it but the bowflex realy gives you results I have had mine for about a month now and when I was brushing my hair in the mirro one day I looked at my arms and seen awsome muscle...wow I have never been this fit in my whole life...Thanks to atkins ands bowflex...and my husband who has loved me thick and thin and my daughter who is a size three and worksout with me all the timew she gets hotfudge sundays for her workouts....lol ok got to go sorry for the book
