When your friends ask whether you are back on a cutting cycle before they ask you to go get some food with them

WHen you are sitting in the movie "Troy" and you look at your friend and tell her that you are jealous of Brad Pitt's quads. (which BTW I was told by a friend that Pitt had trouble bulking his legs for this movie and used a double for several scenes that focused on his legs because of it...not sure if its true though)

OH and I am about to start utilizing the showers at the gym...not for time reasons, but man I can't afford all these extra showers at home every week Why pay for the water/water heater at home when Im alerady paying $35 a month for the facilities at the gym ?

- you get up at 4am to squeeze in a workout before work

- your fitness wardrobe is more diverse than your regular wardrobe and has in fact become your regular wardrobe

- you consider it normal to drink out of a blender attachment

- you have given up on a lunch box and now carry a cooler to work

- your friend shows you her new engagement ring while lifting and you think she is showing you that she is lifting heavier weights

- you have a special locker at the gym you use every time

- the thought of missing a workout sends you into a panic attack

When you realize that all the pills you take on a daily basis add up to a full course meal !!

you know...they can put a man on the moon, why then must all pills be the size of a small animal...can we not condense them a tad !!

LOL, Jen! That's all I wear these days! My younger son finally saw me in a skirt this morning and was alarmed at the strange garment.

- when your supplements + food cost the same as leasing a BMW

- You feel sick, weak and sluggish when you miss a workout

- you write down everything you eat

- you feel like knocking down big things like buildings due to heightened testosterone levels

- you are mistaken for some kind of inspector in the grocery since you read every single letter and number on the nutritional labels

- you walk like a duck after an intense squatting/leg day workout

- you suddenly find it a huge turn-on when a person of the opposite sex works out (rawwwwrrrrwwwrrr lol )

This is funny...

* When you have a group of friends called your "Gym Friends"

* When you avoid going out so you won't miss that Sat. early morning workout

* when people at the gym look at u and say "haven't you had enough?"

I never have enough, I love it!!!

* a guy at your gym has a shirt that says "Squat til you puke." You a) get it, and b) want one.

* the passenger footwell of your car is filled with empty recovery drink bottles and old Starbucks cups. Ok, so maybe the Starbucks doesn't apply, but I'd rather drink my C than eat it.
