Default Shrimp cocktail sauce (it's just like the store bought stuff)

I found this on Kalyn's Kitchen while I was Googling LC cocktail sause. It was really good, and really easy to make.

I just figured out the cocktail sauces stats I only used did everything but, only 2 tsp lemon juice and 3 tsp horse radish sauce in my figures. I followed the recipe above with 4 tsp horse radish sauce and it was a bit spicy for my likings.

So, with my minor changes, the stats are for a whole batch, appx 2/3 cup of sause.

Carbs 14
Protein 2.4
Fat 0.2
Fiber 1.7
Cal 69

I'm just using my head here, but if you had 8 servings, you looking at around 1.50 carbs per Tbsp. I wouldn't want to eat this daily due to carb content, but its was great! I'm going to tweak it and see if I can get away with less paste next time.
