Default Few Question!

So you wait 20 minutes between fruit and any type of meal? How long must you wait switching from pro/fat/carb meal to a veggie/carb meal and vice versa? So between ANY type of meal unless switching to the same it is always a rule of 3 hours?

You wait 20 minutes after fruit before having a carbs meal.
You have to wait an hour before having a protein/fats meal.

After meals, you have to wait 2 hours before eating fruit.

For switching from one meal type to the other, you have it right -- 3 hours.

You can't have pro/fat/carb...carbs have to be eaten alone or with veggies...not with pro/fat.
