Default Carb counter for Tropics

Hi Karen,
I see that you are very knowledgeable in this WOE. I would like to know if you know where I can get the carb count for some of the tropical foods, like dasheen leaves, yams, eddoes, breadfruit, cassava. Or some of the fruits like carambola, mamey apple, sugar apple, papaya, etc. Thanks I would be grateful.

The carb counter under "Tools" at the top of the page has them all - I think - but they have to be translated.

eddoes - taro
carambola - starfruit
mamey - sapote
sugar apple -cherimoya, custard apple or fruit
dasheen leaves - taro leaves

I don't want to disappoint you, but the only thing that would fall into the low-carb category is the taro leaves.

Karen
