Annie's Mock Loaded Baked Pots
Annie's Mock Loaded Baked Potato:
1 bag frozen cauliflour microwave 6 minutes drain well!
(very important)
1 cup of sour cream { I use enough to make creamy}
4-5 green onions chopped/tops and all
3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese
4-6 thick pcs of bacon cooked and crumbled
{I use PlumRose Sugar Free/Low Sodium}
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour into a oven safe dish.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until desired doneness.
* Mine is perfect in 24 minutes..
*I cook it uncovered.
