Default Under 200 for first time since JR High

Although I only just graduated high school this year, it is quite significant to me that I'm under 200 for the first time since I was 13/14. I am now 18.

Wow...

Congrats! I hope to join you in the Jr High weight class sometime next year. Wish I knew then, what I know now, back when I was your age.

You've accomplished something already that most never will - and your adult life is just starting! Everything else will seem easy from here. Keep it up.

It's particularly impressive to me that you had the willpower to make such progress so young. I wouldn't have at your age. good job!

That a fantastic achievement, David. Well done! You are a true inspiration to many of us and hopefully young overweight adults get inspired as well.
