probiotics
I have a technical degree in nutrition, but in Spain teach nothing of probiotics.
my diet is only raw meat and fat, would be a good idea to add natural yogurt as a probiotic?
My plan:
pre-workout 1:
L-carnitine
post-workout 1:
oz beef collagen with oz butter
7 hours after
pre-workout 2:
L-carnitine
post-workout 2:
oz beef collagen with 500mg w-3
dinner:
550g raw fatty meat with 125g yogurt (4 carb)
If you want to stay paleo, use some other type of fermented food like sauerkraut, kimchee, etc.
Some probiotics supplements work. I've tried many and it seems like most of them don't do much. I believe "Prescript Assist" works. I ordered it online from Amazon, I think.
