Default serving sizes

Are the serving sizes for things like rice (and rice noodles) cooked or uncooked weights?

I'm thinking about having rice noodles for dinner tonight but not sure what the serving size refers to.

I hope it's dry weight as trying to work out how much something will cook up to is a bit difficult, imo.

1/2 cup cooked is a serving of rice. I'd weigh rice noodles before cooking and use 2 ozs dry as thats a portion of the noodles that I eat.

What does it say on the package as a recommended portion size?

Ta, judy.

Serving size seems to be 100g (3.5oz). But I doubt I could eat that much and still eat veggies and protein.

Actually it's 62.5g (2.2oz). So not too bad. Still only managed to eat 2/3 of a serving though.
