new here and need help!
hello all!
I'm a new low carber and i'm not sure i know what plan i want to follow. Do you have to be on a specific plan to get results? I was just thinking I could just follow my own plan of only eating meats, veggies, and some fruit. I know which are best for low carb. But say in the Atkins diet, do you have a set amount that you can eat in a day? or specific things you can eat one day and not the next?
