Hello everyone glad to see some new respones on the board i am new to this kind of LC eating and i really need all of you guy support. my main problem is trying just to get through induction with out my sweet tooth hounding me do good 2-3 days than backslide again, Dont get me wrong i really want to lose this weight. Does anyone have some good ideals that they can share with me Open to all suggestions. HELP
