i'm new to this board so thought i'd just say hi. i basically follow the GO-diet which has been renamed Four Corners Diet. i still struggle with being over fat even though i'm at a good weight. probably because i become frozen here in the pacNW when winter arrives...can't seem to get going. i try to spend many winter months in FL but my job insists on my showing up once in a while. anyway, my goal now is to see what my knee caps look like....maybe they look the same as other peoples; i'm not sure. bye for now....
