I've heard some posters say it stalls you out. One question I have is why is it included in Atkin's Accell if it stalls you? He advises to limit caffeine to a few cups of coffee/day. I don't think diet Dew alone would stall you. Could also be the nutrasweet.

Hey Neener,

Where can I find the info on the caffeine that you just mentioned? I love one cup of coffee a day, but I have given it up because I thought it would stall me. I would love to drink it with splenda and nothing else.

My mother has my DANDR book. It's in there somewhere, also in the Induction material at the Atkin's website.

I drink coffee ( hi test ) but I thought DA said that caffeine is a no no because it does affects insulin levels. I have been considering switching to unleaded but I worry about headaches.
