It's time for me to restock on supplements, but I really don't want to waste my money. Do you have suggestions for things that really are beneficial? If you could only buy 4 supplements which 4 would they be?
Right now I take:
cod liver oil
K2 (fermented soy version)
sea kelp
primrose oil
magnesium
Do you take a Multivitamin and mineral supplement...a generic, no-iron or senior version is good to fill in any possible nutrient deficiencies. If you don't eat foods with Omega-3s, then supplementing with fish oil is recommended. I also add magnesium and iodine from kelp (I don't use iodized salt). K2 is found in animal-based products like meat and chicken, so believe my diet is providing enough.
