Default shame on me!!!

Today is exacly a full 2 weeks I've been on Induction...and what did I do....last night I gave in to having a 3 mouthfulls of crunchy peanutbutter....and a few handfuls of carmel popcorn....I haven't had any sugar cravings up until last night...the urge was so stronge, I literally felt drawn to it...I feel bad though....had some tummy trouble this morning and I've had a headache since I've woken up...I feel like crap!! How badly did this hurt me?
Of course I'm right back on Induction the very next day... not giving up!!!!!!!!! Just needed to vent..lol

good for you for getting right back on induction!

sugar is addictive and unhealthy stuff...we don't need to feel shame about that. It's just a fact.

Remember how badly you felt with the sugar hangover--then you can just make the calm decision to not feel like that again--no reason to feel guilt or self-blame. Just a calm and quiet decision to treat yourself better in the future.

Melissa -- I tried to send you a PM, but for some reason I can't.
I live in Tampa, too and I've been hoping to run into someone on this forum who is "local." Maybe we can bolster each other up!
