Tonight, I took my family out to a steak house, and my wife ordered a cheese steak with no bun and a salad with blue cheese to replace the fries and the guy serving us said, "ah, you eat like me". He explained he was diagnosed with diabetes three months ago and changed his diet to get red of sugars (low carb) and has lost 30 lbs and has reversed the effects of diabetes.

I told him I did the same thing after a diagnosis 6 months ago and also have been much better. When will the medical community come around?
