Hi All,
~1yrs JAn 1 /09.
If any of you ladies have the time to help me out , I NEED some menu planning help for lc-ing. My eating needs help.

I need cheap ideas and eating the same thing doesn't hurt me at all. I need to make a "program" plan and stick to it until I get more comfortable and consistent.
A "sponsor" so to speak.
I take private emails as well at stepbald~comcast.net

THe 'at ' sign is doesn't translate on line like the one above the #2 on the keyboard, but it is the one on top of the#2 (weird)

Hi all!

SO glad to have found this thread and know there are more of us out there who can relate! I have 3 1/2 yrs off the junk, and found/lost/found again (and am loving!) the LC WOE. Emotional eating is one thing (learning every day that I won't disintegrate just by feeling an uncomfortable feeling, and that I don't have to do ANYTHING to suppress/avoid it) but also learning that triggering myself physically with sugar definitely doesn't help any part of my life!

Pol

Welcome, Pol!

And a belated congrats to Lcgrrl on her continued sobriety!

Chrysalis, do you have an Atkins book? There are some menus in there that might help. I also surf the recipe section on this site heavily! I tend to eat very basic most days...meat, veg, fat. Glad you are with us too.

Hi Julia,
This too shall pass. That's my mantra today. Work stress is falling on me again today. Could lose my job. I'm determined not to eat, drink, smoke or shop over this! Hormones are beckoning...

Thanks! I slept a few hours and woke up in time for the noon meeting at my home group, my David had picked up my sponser, who walks with a cane and needs some help getting around, he even had one of the guys get me a cake. Lou was so happy to be there, and they gave her my coin to present it to me, I am so happy that God has blessed me this way. I had to come home and nap though, because I am also working tonight, but the loss of sleep was well worth the feelings and all the Love I felt today.
