Plan: body opus
Stats: 209/200/200
BF:22%/10%/6%
Progress: 100%
Default 1st week results

Started the 1st Body Opus week tipping the scales at 209. Dropped 6 pounds the first day (water, electrolytes, glycogen). Finished the week ~ 200 lb's. Started the carb up by gagging down three monster glucose polymer shakes. Hit the corn flakes at 4:30 a.m, followed by waffles ~ 6:30, bagel and jam at 8:30 and french toast at 10:30. Now this is a diet - lol.

Finished a fantastic perogy lunch on Sunday, then just kept carbing till 8:00 p.m. (still stiff from Friday's full body depletion workout). Tipped the scales at 216.5!!! I gotta say, I sure felt bloody supercompensated.

Monday a.m. weighed in at 212. Checked body composition...gained 3 pounds lean muscle dropped a half point body fat. Sweeet.

Ready for week two of a planned four weeks. Hope to get down to 7.5% BF. Read 9.25% this a.m.

You might want to keep your fat consumption down on your carb ups, like around 7% of your total calories. Your insulin is so sensitive, that after you stop burning the fat, any fat that you eat is stored away.
