Default Brazil Butt Lift

This is a program shilled by the same people who shill Tony Horton's series. I happen to dig on dancing as exercise (motivation is a huge factor... if it feels like work I might procrastinate... or just not do it). There are a couple of different cardio routines, plus a couple of weight-training routines. The diet plan that comes with it is a typical low-fat diet, which of course I'm ignoring.

Though it's called "Brazil Butt Lift" and a lot of the exercises are geared toward the bottom/thighs/hips, the cardio and weighs actually work the whole body, which I like a lot, and the exercises do focus on the core/abdominal muscles, where I need it most.

Has anyone else tried it?

I wish you all the best with it. Dance as exercise isn't my own particular cup of tea, I'm more of a hiker/biker, but I must admit, I found the "Brazil Butt Lift" TV commercial quite entertaining to watch. Looks like a lot of hype to sell-sell-sell, but I'd guess the exercise component of it can give you some pretty encouraging results if you stick with it.

Oh, the hype is ridiculous - even between "chapters" on the DVD they're advertising things you've already bought, which is beyond annoying. But the exercises themselves are not just dancing - the cardio incorporates dance moves but is a real full-body cardio workout, and the resistance/weights routines are killing my flabby self (which is, I guess, the point)
