Default Not new to lifting or weight loss, but do have a ??

I have been in and out of the gym for well over 15 years now and have lost and gained weight (not the good kind either) for the last 20, so I have a good idea of what I am doing, its just sticking to it.

My issue is I am new to creatine and other workout drinks. I am fixin to start LC in the next day or 2 and have a bunch of Cellmass that I bought last year and would like to use it to help me pack on as much muscle as possible while losing weight.

There are, I believe 9 carbs in it per serving and I didnt know how badly that would effect me at losing weight. I dont eat many veggies at all, I like very few veggies. So, mainly my carbs would be coming from the Cellmass.

I can only give you my opinion. And that's not worth much.

Creatine has nothing to cause weight loss issues other than, of course the water your muscles hold from it. I love Creatine.

I use my protein powder for 2 meals mixed with carb count. It's about the only way of getting all the protein I want to get. And now that I'm cutting, I have to watch fat very closely too. So it's pretty perfect for that. Plus, I love the stuff.
I'd probably go ahead and use it as long as you are staying within the carb levels. If you don't lose after a couple of days, go to strict induction.
What vegetables do you like? Maybe you just need a new way of fixing some of them. They're good for you.

My first thought was to do strict induction first....but then I figured if it were me, I just use the powder and see what happened.
Maybe someone with more than an opinion will come along with better advice.
Good luck!

i wouldn't worry about creatine till you get your workout program in order and start seeing progress without it. plenty of time and money to spend on supplements after that.
