Talking Wish me luck!!!!

I have decided to come back to CALP after Atkins. Not sure what to expect but am very determined to be in control. I found on Atkins I really did not lose weight but I lost lumps and bumps if you know what I mean but I also found I was breaking all the time because I would get cravings all the time. So wish me luck.

Luck

I think you won't need it though. If you fit the profile, it probably will work with your body's chemistry and will be the easiest diet you've ever been on. You'll lose weight too.

Welcome to our group.

Thumbs up

Hi, need2bthi2....welcome aboard! I do wish you luck, but more than that, I wish you success, for I feel sure that you will succeed if this plan is the one for you!

You've done well on Atkins, and can continue to lose much more comfortably and enjoyably on CAD/CALP.

Please let us know how we can help you going, OK?

Take care now.....

Thank you. I actually lost most of my CAD but I did not have the book and just winged it. I did not loose much on Atkins but I lost size. So now I am back to CAD/CALP and I will see how things go.
