floridadad - you are NOT out of hand! I go weeks without going down, but stick to the plan. Like you said - you've had a lot of success, you don't want to lose that, so just eat on-plan, even over eat on-plan, and then you will get comfortable with eating less on-plan Focus on eating right and sticking to plan, and everything else will fall into place. Hi Floridadad,
Forgetting your weight, do you feel better on low-carb? Do you think you could do this for the rest of your life? I think if you answered yes to both questions, then just keep plugging along with LC. Maybe to put your mind at ease you should get a checkup to see if your getting healthier on the inside? Whatever you decide to do, there are lots of people cheering you on! Cya
