floridadad - you are NOT out of hand! I go weeks without going down, but stick to the plan. Like you said - you've had a lot of success, you don't want to lose that, so just eat on-plan, even over eat on-plan, and then you will get comfortable with eating less on-plan Focus on eating right and sticking to plan, and everything else will fall into place.
