I just noticed I could edit my own post. What a great idea!!! Now if I could just take back some of the things that come flying out of my mouth.

Yes, members may edit their own messages for up to 24 hrs after the original posting time. However, in the Journals section only, members may edit their own posts in their own journals indefinitely, which is handy if you forget to enter your meals or exercise and then remember a couple days later, or if you want to update a progress report.
