Ok. So I haven't been walking consistantly, but I am planning doing a 5k Breast cancer walk Oct 10th. I figure this will at least motivate me to get out. I have been a real couch potato other than 2-3 walks a week for 2 miles or I do a aerobic video, usually beginner level, on my days off work. I do work 12 hour shifts that can be very strenuous so I usually don't exercise on the days I work.
So here goes. I really just want to log this so I can keep a visual track of what I'm doing (or not doing).
Today I did a 30 minute exercise video.
Next 2 days I work so there won't be any extra walking going on. Maybe in the future I will consider this, but first I need to build my endurance.
