Default Man I love this!!!!!!

I'm sitting here at work eating a delicious hefty ham, cheese, mushroom, bellpepper and onion omelet for breakfast while my Weight Watchers "buddies" are over there calculating points for a pack of instant oatmeal and a muffin!....LOL!!! ....they dont know I'm on Atkins. They invited me to join their group but I declined leaving them under the impression that I'm not trying to lose weight. I intend to keep it that way. They will see for themselves 20lbs less from now. I feel so evil!!! ..but it feels good!!

Oh, I love it too - you are so bad!!! They are probably shaking their collective heads in disgust as you are eating all that nasty stuff - Eggs of all things. Doesn't the thought of eating a muffin and oatmeal just totally turn you off knowing how bad it is for you.

Haven't seen you on here before, but will subscribe to your thread just so I can read the updates on your WW friends. Can't wait till their jaws drop when they start to notice your weight loss

I know, if I ate a muffin and oatmeal I'd be in the porcelin palace tossing my cookies. My body doesn't digest that stuff. YUCK, but I'm fine when I eat this way..no cookie tossing.

Yeah, just keep telling them you don't know how it's happening, the weight just falls off you. If they say, "Well, what about the meat and eggs we see you eating?", just say that you doctor put you on that for your blood sugar (or something) and it has nothing to do with weight loss.

Drive them nuts.

Crikey...given the choice of mega omelette and low fat muffin there's no contest.

What's the conversation like 2 hrs later when they are starving again and you are still pleasantly full? Make sure they're watching when you put heavy cream in your coffee during coffee breaks!

Default Entertaining!

Well its another day and once again I'm at my desk eating some scrambled cheese eggs with mushrooms and turkey sausage......one of my WW buddies comes over to my desk and starts slobbering at the mouth over my breakfast. (she thought I didnt notice)..then she says...."That looks so good! Next time have them cook it with egg whites instead. Yolk eggs are 6.5 points and high in fat but egg whites are just 0.5 points"........I'm so evil and over-the-top so I say(while stuffing my face)..."Are you serious? I've never heard of egg whites! Thats a good idea! I learn something new everyday here! Thanks for telling me that!
This gets better everyday!

Okay, I don't know what annoys me more... the fact that she would tell you how to eat, or the fact that she can look at a fatty meal like that and think that switching to egg whites would make it acceptable for WW! LOL! I tried WW and while I did lose some weight and eat more veggies I had to beat myself up over every drop of oil or ounce of cheese! I don't have that kind of will power! I want food dammit!
