A quick hello

After 13 years of struggling with my weight,I'm trying a diffrerent approach and going low carb.I've read through some posts and looked at some progress pics,and I'm hoping this is finally something I will be able to stick with for the rest of my life.So,I'm looking forward to reading up more and getting my health back
