Default Hi :o)

Hi all,

Im new here and want to introduce myself. Im 30 years old and have been doing atkins on and off for about a year having shed almost 35 pounds. I am a bit tired of it right now so i was hoping for some help and support to get myself on the move again.
I live in DK where lowcarb products are hard to come by making the daily life as a lowcarber kind of hard but this diet seems to be the only thing that works for me so i stick with it (on and off)

Regards
Zuzzan

Hi heather and Akasha,

Thanks a lot ) Im very happy about the weight i lost so far so im definetely sticking with it.

I dont think Atkins is hard to figure out. For the first two weeks (induction) everything is pretty much laid out for you. I tend to stick to induction because its easier and the just adding a little something here and there (like a handfull of nuts one day, a lowcarb atkins bar another day, some days sticking totally to the plan - it works for me) It is important thoug to do the to first weeks as described. The only thing i add is flaxseed during induction. This is NOT on the list but its ok anyway. It has very little carb in it and it makes a nice porrigde og even a bread. What is difficult however is the same stuff that is difficult on any diet. The cravings of stuff you cant have.
Best of luck with it and feel free to ask if you need to know more )

Regards
Zuzzan

Sorry foxy, missed your mail entirely. Thanks for the welcome. I see you are doing the southbeach diet. How is that?
