Default I believe I'm a carb addict! would someone explain CAD/CALP

While crusing around the forums, I came across the CAD/CALP, and wonder if I could possibly be more addicted to carbs than I realize.
Maybe this could explain why I have a awful time staying on course, and why I fall off so miserably, then go on a high carb feeding frenzy.(even though I want to loose weight sooo badly!)
I'm always so tired, have no energy, crave carbs, even though they make me feel awful.
I need to figure out what my problem is, as I watch my scale go up, rather than down!
Is this a strict induction type WOE, or is there a difference?
Thanks for any info!

hi-
please take some time and look at the stickies here about this WOE- and the carb addicts test- and the Cheat Sheet too. These posts will give you lots of info- then please ask more questions!

no, there is no induction. We eat the same from the first day.
I have no idea if this is a plan for you- but do some of the reading and see what you think!
