Default GREEN BEANS ala Sister

My sister made these for T-day, they were sensational!

2 lbs. Green Beans, trimmed
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 C. Chopped Hazelnuts
1/2 C. Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add green beans, return
to boil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until bright green and crisp. Drain well
and set aside.
Return pot to medium-high. Add butter and hazelnuts and stir until nuts are
lightly toasted and fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add green beans and stir
until heated through.
Remove pan from heat. Add cheese and toss until melted. Season w/salt & pepper.
Serves 8.
